Regardless of whether or not she chooses to wear a stunningly beautiful dresses or awfully horrid jumpsuits, Lady Gaga versatile fashionista of Hollywood and global fashion trendsetter. She encourages people to follow her and envy the bold, daring, ‘confidence’ she possesses. And encourages her fans to be themselves.
So, when we look at Gaga’s fashion sense, we are looking not at what she thinks is the best looking, but what she thinks will give the largest psychological response from her audience.
And how the onlookers perception of being oneself as an ‘individual’.
The style of Gaga is expressed from her own sense of style and chooses what she finds influential designers of today... such as Francesco Scognamiglio, Hussein Chalayan, Franc Fernandez who in my opinion are designers revolutionizing fashion today which is contemporary and modern.
Lady Gaga does have a fashion that she sets forth, but even she likes to deviate from what she finds appealing to mix things up.
Going back to the quote ‘less Lady is a Tramp and more Glamazon Gaga’ I think depends on one’s own expressive form and message you are giving and one should keep in mind what is ‘style’ and what is ‘glamour’.
